What Is Our Training
Environment Like?
We’re a positive group, very friendly and excited to have new students to join us. Although trying martial arts can be intimidating, as with all GB programs the class is very open and inclusive to women of all skill levels.
Arrive to class fifteen minutes early. An assistant instructor or senior student will train alongside you to help you as you perform the drills and activities. After a few classes you will be caught up with everyone else.
